With any convention, of course, one of the most important things to consider is the venue as to where it's going to be held. We looked at about four or five different hotels before finally settling on Hilton Homewood Suites on Airport Blvd. The space can accommodate up to 150 people. They have been very generous, providing all the rooms, tables and chairs, and even a sound system for all of us to use!
